Rep. Pompeo Likes Medicare Vouchers in Ryan Budget

I talk to Rep. Mike Pompeo (R-KS) at CPAC 2013 about the Paul Ryan budget, which will repeal Obamacare and voucher-ize Medicare. He says there will be "significant savings" from Medicare vouchers. About the Ryan plan, Pompeo says, "There's always room to do more, but it's a really good start. It's a place we haven't been in America for an awfully long time."
