In his intro for the DC screening of the documentary "Killswitch," Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL 9) talked at length about Reddit founder and internet activist Aaron Swartz. Facing tens of thousands of dollars in mounting legal fees and potentially decades in jail, he killed himself. "Killswitch" looks at the sacrifices made by Swartz and Edward Snowden in the name of internet freedom and civil rights.
