Kasich Says He Will Bring the Disenfranchised Out of the Shadows

Ohio Gov. John Kasich tells Byron York of the Washington Examiner that he will continue "helping people in our state who have lived in the shadows for far too long, not only in Ohio, but in America, and they need to be brought out.
